This years National Television Awards were broadcast tonight from London's O2 Arena and here is the list of winners:
Best Talent Show: The X Factor
Best Comedy: Benidorm
Best Drama: Waterloo Road
Best Drama Performance: David Jason
Digital Choice Award: The Imbetweeners
Best Factual Programme: Top Gear
Best Serial Drama: Eastenders
Best Serial Drama Performance: Lacey Turner (Eastenders)
Best Topical Magazine Show: This Morning
Best Newcomer: Ricky Norwood, (Eastenders)
Best Entertainment Programme: I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!
Best Entertainment Presenter: Ant & Dec
Special Recognition Award: Bruce Forsythe
So this years presenter, Dermot O'Leary lost out in the best entertainment presenter category as Ant and Dec scooped the gong for a 10th year in a row and Lacey Turner picked up her 6th consecutive award for best serial performance, but now that she has left Eastenders, next years award is open for the taking so hopefully we will see lots more fantastic acting as the competition hots up.
